Jim is an exceptional author and nice guy.  I had the chance to work with him a bit last year when I discovered some issues with a Windows Mobile hands on lab issue.  Under an odd conbination of event the lab didn't work quite right.  Anyway he quickly fixed the lab as well as using some code I provided in the fix and best of all he credited me for helping in his blog.
